Aida is an industry veteran who has been a professional dancer, soldier, cheerleader for the Chicago Bulls, Director of Student Recreation at Cal State University Northridge, adjunct faculty for Columbia College Chicago, and Event Committee Chair for the Mayor’s Fitness Council in Chicago. She continues to teach mind/body and group fitness classes and her personal mantra is “To Sweat is to Live”.
